Software help for your crazy uncle
1 points by ob1gman 2221 days ago
We all know what it’s like to be the “software guru” among our friends and family. However, sometimes it becomes too much, and not because of a lack of caring or a lack of skills, but in the sense that it is just not an interesting problem.

For example, your local pub or coffee shop owner sees that you work on a computer all day and just flat out asks you one day “Do you know of any open source POS systems?” And you begin thinking to yourself “No - I really don’t. I wonder if there is a good one? One that was completely customizable and just had a gorgeous UI. I mean it seems unlikely, but Bitcoin is a thing, right?"

So you begin to research with the owner, but you’ve made a fatal error: you picked an open-source POS system for him. Not only did he trust you completely, but now you're his in-house tech support.

Uh oh. What have you done...

Enter, me... Truthfully, for some odd reason, I like figuring out bad UIs and helping owners. I get bored with it just like the next guy, but most of the time it’s good fun... So since I’m doing this whole startup thing I thought that I would use my product to offer this service.

Have your local pub owners or crazy uncles text me at +1 (334) 459-9901 and I’ll help them with Software stuff!

Let me know if you have any questions - you've got my number!
