It uses the blockchain to store pointers to find the data in a p2p network. Anyone can build an app that interacts with the LBRY network through the lbry-sdk (https://github.com/lbryio/lbry-sdk). To be fair though, our company is the only one working on apps atm. But you could build one in any language you want. |
