Our e-team recently sent out a company wide reminder that we are family and friends first and work second. As people start settling into “new normals”, they also encourage team members to take the time they need. My direct manager is reminding me to take the necessary time of to help school my kids during our 1:1's and continuously check if I need any further support. |
