Can you publish the survival (Kaplan-Meier) curves? I think it's more useful to analyze hard drive failure rate as a function of drive-age and/or lifetime-hours and not how many hours the drive was used this year. The annual failure rate of a drive is different between a new drive and a 10-year old drive.
