Most devshops don't have the manpower that FB/Google/MS have. You don't really have months to tinker around and create some new framework and then another 2x months to fix bugs and add new features to cover some edge cases. So you pick whatever is backed by a lot of manpower as it has the highest chance of being usable even 3 years from now. |
