Great post!
I’ve been reading a book called “Unlocking the customer value chain” [0] which talks about three waves that the Internet brought along : Unbundling , disintermediation and decoupling. This post on unbundling is a great starting point. The trend seems to be towards decoupling which is something that will come once unbundling becomes mainstream or mature.
