Yeah, this is really two posts: (1) build a PoC, and MVP; (2) build a future-proofed architecture/platform. You shouldn't start (2) until you have found product market fit and have enough paying customers that it would be shame to lose them and start over finding new ones. That said, I often do (2) before then but I do it full well knowing that I'm doing it for my own edification and no other goal. |
