In addition to a do-not-disturb list, can we have a nationally curated list of scamsters and aggressive ngos? The blacklist on my phone is now nearly 25 long. As an analogy, it is precisely this kind of a distributed tracking and control of spam and DDOS that made cloudflare a valuable service. |
