I operate a tech enabled business in the CPG space, and am looking to build out a sales team essentially from scratch to grow our book of retail accounts. Right now we rely on the founding team to execute sales, and have done so successfully (7 figure revenues) but we have run out of bandwidth. I'm curious to hear from your experiences: How have you gone about sourcing and hiring your first dedicated sales person? |
