And it happened to me! model 1796 128gb. They kept repeating to install recovery images until I got tired for days. When I traveled back to Miami they didn't want to repair it -now I know that they couldn't!- They offer heavy discounts on newer models but I wasn't going to fall for that. Long story short, they gave me a brand new replacement unit. |
