> Delivery is expensive. It's time-consuming, and customers are rarely willing to pay the true cost of it. I think that's the main problem. Delivery isn't free and so far has been subsidized by Uber's investors or draining the restaurants.
Which didn't have a choice because they where being undercut. We'll end up with either paying a reasonable price for delivery or picking it up yourself.
Or maybe robots, but those aren't free either. |
