Job markets can be soul-crushing for inexperienced people and people on the bottom, but it doesn't have to be. What are the job markets and industries that have been on the up-and-up for inexperienced people- the ones that are a buyer's market for entry-level applicants? I'm not necessarily looking for answers that are very tech-related. Even in the supposed "hot" software market, too many companies are putting entry-level devs through the grinder at interviews. I'm curious which at which markets and industries are the opposite (pre-Covid times anyway), where entry-level applicants are having an easier time and holding most of the cards. |
