While proton works wonderfully, I've found that most of the time the anticheat systems do not run at all. So multi-player is usually disabled, even if the game runs flawlessly as a port. The Halo collection let me log into Xbox live, but then fails to run anticheat, so you are left with campaign. Same with PUBG. So many games run extremely well that it's not a deal breaker for me. My last gaming rig was on Zorin Ultimate. |
