I'd say don't require it, and it's not required in this case. In the context of the tool, it does make sense to suggest it.

Thanks for the feedback. I will consider removing it. KanRails wants to be a B2B tool, not another Trello. It was just a recommendation.

Thanks for the comment. You can put in your personal email and it would work just fine.
