Why the foul language? Completely unnecessary.

Because people are annoyed when forced to stay home. The language reflects this.
Almost as unnecessary as tone policing someone on a website that isn't your own.
The bog-standard Wordpress template is really at odds with the domain name. You'd expect a site with a name like this to have a distinct, punchy visual aesthetic, not some generic template.
I wish I had any design ability. But the template was free and it looks easy on the eyes to just deliver content.
It's a choice from the author. I understand that some might not like it but they can just skip it too. Same as with a technology you don't care about or an article riddled with buzz words.

Anyone asking themselves this, do you expect the answer from the author to be something different than 'because I wanted to'?

I completely fucking agree.
Why do you speak with foul language? Do you not see how it’s unnecessary?
The foul mood of being isolated away for weeks :(
It's not a bad choice. It's hard to think of alternatives that are short and express the same thing.
For what it's worth, I find this genre of tongue-clucking more unnecessary, negative, and distracting.
Its linkbait. Some people click more on a title with foul language.
Then don't read the link.
Let me guess: American?
