Yeah they can get away with it because for 99.9% of people their services work fine and they don't need support. But it is pretty annoying when gmail starts randomly losing emails and all you can do is join a thread on their support forum with 100 other people saying "yeah this happens to me too, it's definitely a bug in their software and it's easily reproducible." with no response from Google. https://support.google.com/mail/thread/6187016 |
