Just to answer. None of your concerns are covered by the license he has (Special Occupation Tax aka SOT). With a SOT7 + one of the other ones you can own and transfer machine guns and Destructive Devices legally. This is the same license a gunsmith will get to manufacture and sell(transfer) firearms incidentally. No this is not a license to kill. |
