The Boox Max 3 seems to be a better option for the OP. [0]. It has a 13.3" screen, runs Android, and also functions as a monitor for your computer. The refresh rate doesn't seem to be the best, but it looks like a pretty good solution given what is out there so far. I've been looking at it for a while, but I haven't bought one yet.
