I have a colleague who uses an ~A4 e-reader with a digital pen/pencil thing for reading academic papers. He claims it allows him to focus on the work, keep backup copies of his notes (he can draw right on the PDFs and then save them to "the cloud", I think), and although it has an experimental web browser, he keeps it in Airplane mode when working. |
