One major problem with ACM and IEEE is that they charge per paper. I do believe there's a plan in IEEEthat lets you download 25 papers per month for a fee. I'm not sure abotu ACM. I wish there were a subscription plan where you could pay some fixed amount and read unlimited number of papers, but I presume they'd be wary of people (especially students) sharing access to such accounts. |
