I run a minimal email-based bookmarking service called EmailThis.me [1]. EmailThis removes ads, distractions, and clutter from web pages and sends you a nicely formatted email with just the text and essential images. It also gives you the option to save a full PDF snapshot of each web page which is then sent as the email attachment.
