How would hiring happen these days with COVID-19 out in the wild? It’s too risky to meet in person. You cannot shake hands anymore. The virus is airborne, and it lingers in the air for 3 hours, so you can easily get it or transmit it, by being in the same room as the interviewer. Maybe we now switch to remote FaceTime interviews? |
