Ask HN: Are you delaying the launch of your project due to Coronavirus?

I figure I can't be the only one in this spot! In my case, we have a financial services product (cryptocurrency trading tools - chartstar.com) which in the current climate may struggle to get traction. Additionally our lead dev has corona, and I myself am not feeling too great atm, which surely means we are going to miss our hyped beta launch next month unless we cut some features. Also our running costs will be quite high so were hoping to hit the ground running (no pun intended). We are self-funded.

Does the climate you launch your startup in significantly affect your success or is it irrelevant?

Is anyone else in this position? Please advise or share your current stories to cheer us up a bit!
