Percentages and dollar amounts don't matter. A low income person paying taxes hinders their ability to buy food and housing and clothing. A billionaire paying taxes means they have 6 megayachts instead of 7. It's apples and oranges. It is unethical to allow billionaires to thrive while people die from poverty. |
