It excludes people even temporary present in the apartment. So guests are supposed to be fine. If they are outside and their phone auto-connects, it is technically a breach, yes. I asked about it and have in writing that the intention is to prevent sharing with neighbors. But I mean, there is no way to enforce it either way so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |
