It has been refreshing to see the mask come off of those feigning care about "undesirables" who would be disproportionately affected by this virus. At the end of the day we come down to economic calculations to decide whether to let hundreds of thousands to millions of people die in this country. The moral choice isn't always the most efficient one. I wonder if we will have the courage to make the moral choice? |
