>The states with "local outbreaks" (NY, CA, WA) are the ones that told the CDC to get bent and did it anyway. It's everywhere, the states with low case numbers just aren't testing for it. This is what I can't get people around me to understand. No cases near me simply means no one has been tested for it at this point. |
