This is still rumours as far as I have seen, no official anouncement from the governing body (FIA) as of yet. It is also very early in the morning in Australia (where F1 is for the race this weekend), however, and an anouncement may come out soon. Free practice will start at 9:00pm EST today, so maybe something will happen before then. McClaren F1 have withdrawn from the GP if it should procede [0], on their own accord.
