You can measure the health of a society in how they treat the weak and helpless (helpless in this case in regards to prisoners who are at the whim of the prison). In this regard, America is profoundly sick and defective. It is of course true, instead of rehabilitating, they are breeding criminals in prison. It's an abomination. |
