I don't know, so I'm going to coin a term for it: dishonest experiment.

It's not the experiment that was dishonest, though - it's drawing conclusions from it as if it was conducted correctly that's dishonest.
“Bad faith” research might be more appropriate, since it sort of acknowledges bias
