I'm a technical project lead at a small consulting firm. I manage the engineering efforts of two independent projects with team sizes ranging from two to eight engineers. I have about 8 hours of regularly scheduled meetings (standups, sprint reviews, delivery meetings) with 2-4 hours of "as needed" meetings (client sync, etc.) in a given week, with 1-2 hours of company meetings, too. This does not count one-off help sessions and "fire fights." |
