1. The culture and processes should supersede the org chart. If that's not the case, go work somewhere better. 2. To some people levels matter for career growth and validation. Other people don't give two sh*ts. For all people looking to switch jobs (as we all inevitably do) the levels make a difference in recruiting, salary negotiations, etc. |
