I went to a taqueria today. It was open. No one there was working from home. The guys cooking work there 5 days a week. WFH is such a small percentage of the economy. We went to see our pediatrician yesterday - the full-time staff was there. Freelance has gone from 2% in the mid 90s to 3% today. Big perhaps in absolute numbers of people, small in terms of percentages of the economy. SF is mostly a bubble in terms of this. |
