Who should we not raise money from?

I've heard rumors of lists or other resources where founders can find out who in the VC world is creepy. Not like, financial sharks - I want smart finance people around, but like, sexually harassing people, and otherwise toxic. Def don't want to waste time courting and meeting with people that I don't want to be in business with, so any pointers are super helpful
