Having done Carta's interview cycle (and not getting an offer), I actually really enjoyed their culture and I think they do a lot of things really well when it comes to tech screening. While I think their on-site could use a little bit of work, it's at least better than most larger tech companies. I highly recommend applying to them if culture and inclusion are important to you. The compensation is competitive, too. |
