I agree, it has been so intolerable I've been using firefox because it just feels faster. I'm getting really fed up with google projects as of late just being abandoned.

Like GMail is awful[https://medium.com/@boriscoder/peeking-under-the-hood-of-red...] and chrome is on its way.
