The cognitive dissonance with describing hiking in Pategonia as low tech is amazing. How exactly did you get there? Probably in a jet powered aircraft. What were you wearing? I’m guessing it wasn’t wool and cotton but some of the most sophisticated synthetic materials produced. I’m sure it was a great time and it sounds like loads of fun but let’s not pretend that tech wasn’t involved because you didn’t have your phone with you. |
