I agree with your comment and particularly this part: > It will no longer be about you. It will all be about your team. Make sure you create a great team, nurture them, train them, teach them how to think critically (in doing so yourself). When I had a TL job, I basically relearned the word "team" during my very first weeks. It was an amazing experience. |
