I don't think it's fair to say that dummies are working at Boeing. Their recent scandals seem to at least partly stem from organisational/political problems. And FB "genius"'s mistakes are still far less visible than Boeing engineers'.

"Genius people" staying far away from military contracting (like Boeing!) seems to be working out really well, and they should continue to have mundane and well-compensated jobs offered to them.

I meant Boeing as commercial aircraft producer. And I don't blame anyone regarding this. It's their life/career.
