I don't have a horse in this race. And I don't like the current immigration laws, I'd rather have legally open borders.

But it doesn't mean existing laws shouldn't be enforced IMO.

But they do have a legal obligation, in certain cases, as a side effect of taking Fed funding. Not in agreement with it, just worth noting.
