Read the terms, basically you agree to give them 20% of the claim, if its less than 20 dollars, you still agree to pay 20 dollars to them - also if ATT or whoever takes some money off your bill you have to pay 10% of that...

I have filled out a lot of class action type things, it takes like 5 minutes...
