Ask HN: Dictation with Automatic Punctuation Software

I recently tried to find a speech to text software, which would allow me to take notes while at a meeting. Very disappointing -- dictation software I tried, that is built into mac, iOS, google docs, which comes for free, requires you to enter punctuation manually, or speak out commands like "new line", or "comma". When you are at a meeting and want to take notes -- this is not how people speak naturally, and while you are trying to pay attention to what's going on at the meeting, you really can't keep correcting the text that keeps flowing in.

Can anyone suggest a software, could be commercial app, which does a decent job at taking notes during the meeting, preferably in background mode while you are sharing your screen.
