It's cheaper and easier to build in SF than Vancouver BC and region now.
Hoping that to change - I moved to Saskatchewan to get away from that. (Alberta wasn't far enough - real estate there is effected too by the ease of international tax evaders and money launderers to buy property to "hold" their assets). |
