I'm a renter that lives a few blocks from the HQ2 site. I am not thrilled to have them, nor are any of my neighbors.

More housing. Rental and real estate prices are so high compared to incomes already.

More housing is not going to happens if everyone is making shit wages. If it were profitable to build housing there, someone would have already done that.

This whole area is people in high rises already. High rise offices, high rise apartments. They’ll fit right in.
