I'm Russian and I almost never read Russian wikipedia articles about programming. Reasons:
a) Terminology is English and looks very unnatural in Russian. Terminology translation is even worse - when I read in Russian I need to make double translation to understand. b) Most Russian wiki articles - is just translations from English wiki.
