It's mind-boggling to me how things are changing. In my surroundings, I am a tiny minority that never does drugs, smokes or drinks alcohol. Nearly 100% of people do that and if you don't do that, you are the weird one. Same thing goes for eating crap food. I eat clean (got 8 pack etc.) and that's another thing that changed. I can't claim that I know the exact reasons why people insist on this, but to me it looks like deeply unhappy people trying to find quick happiness in drugs or alcohol. But I have yet to meet a single person that is truly happy (and isn't faking it on Instagram posting "life is good!111" pictures) that is fat/out of shape or does drugs. Not a single one. When I was younger, I just couldn't tell, until I started getting closer to people and see how unhappy they really are. You can't see that on the surface. Something does not add up. But I am certain that drugs is not the answer. |
