personally I'm not that excited by exerting a lot of effort in decriminalization vs legalization.

realistically how many people who are most susceptible to prison time for illegal drug possession in California are being jailed for...shrooms?

at this point saying it is decriminalized state wide is not much more impactful than just a symbolic move.
