If the supreme court upholds the right for Scots to vote in a referendum, then it goes ahead. Boris Johnson is going curtain the Supreme Courts interference with how the Commons work so I wouldn't count on that. If one is to believe David Starkey (who is a historian) he believes that the Supreme court shouldn't exist and is something invented by Tony Blair. Dominic Cummings is doing a shake up of the Civil Service. So I wouldn't count on any of that being relevant for too much longer. |
