At some point the answer has to be no. Unless it's someone's sacred cow. Then the answer is moo. This story is overblown at this point. The Senate will come up with it's version. The reconciled bill and the resulting votes will be the critical issue. The bottom line is that it will be painful to someone. Social services and research will have to take some hits, as will defense per President Obama's budget proposal. |
