> I'm not going to go into UX (even though it's more important) because I think learning how to think in simple design patterns is the baseline for creating usable products. In my experience, engineers are ‘How it works’ people way more than they are ‘How it looks’ people. The UX article they didn’t write would be more helpful. It’d be hard to write, and I understand why they didn’t. There’s a lot of good UI kits available now. Those open source projects need better UX way before they need better icons, fonts, logos, etc. |
